Move Into the Milk Depot: An East Kensington Labor of Love

At the heart of East Kensington, close to neighbors Fishtown and the Frankford Arts Corridor, the Milk Deposit is an adaptive reuse of the Harbison Dairy and a labor of love by Philadelphia's own Cover LLC design/build firm.

The unit is South-facing and overlooks Dreer Street. It has an open floor plan (2,020 sqft.) with exposed brick walls and ductwork, soaring ceilings, wood trusses, and large windows that provided maximum natural light.
