Nick was born and raised in Cape May, New Jersey, but always had a special place in his heart for Philadelphia. Whether it was coming to see live music, or a sporting event, he knew early on that there was something undeniably charismatic about the city.  After moving to Fishtown 7 years ago, he fell in love with the neighborhood and community and knew he had found home.

Growing up, Nick's grandparents were actively involved with real estate, and he was eager to learn from their success. He would attend showings with them or help out with their investment properties and before long developed a strong understanding and passion for the industry. That, coupled with nearly a decade of hospitality experience, makes him a valuable asset to any client.
