Those who know Lia know she is a highly organized, targeted person passionate about helping others gain maximum efficiency in their professional careers. Many don't know she originally planned to become an English teacher after receiving an Associate Degree in Adolescent Education: English from Dutchess Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Stony Brook University. Soon after graduation life took her to Philadelphia where she fell in love with the fast-paced & exciting environment of real estate. Lia started her career in 2019 as the Director of Operations on a real estate sales & development team. Starting on a smaller team allowed her to wear many hats including Transaction Coordinator & Head of Marketing and she was able to quickly advance her proficiency in the industry. Now the Operations & Listing Manager of the Somers Team, Lia is able to apply her natural skills and acquired knowledge at a much larger scale. Lia is also the Director of Operations for KW Philadelphia's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. She says her philanthropic efforts through the group are to reverberate the positivity and potential she sees in the world, and reflect it directly within the brokerage.
